Senior Software Engineer, AI-Assisted Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as the project leader, utilizing AI as your main workforce. You will deconstruct intricate problems, supply essential context, and collaborate with AI to attain excellence.

• Assess the architectural, security, and performance choices made by AI agents for our secure payment systems.

• Adapt across various domains (backend, infrastructure, fintech logic). You equip the AI with the "hands and tools" necessary for success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Manage customer technical onboarding from discovering workflows to the rollout of production.

• Convert unclear customer requirements into APIs, automations, integrations, evaluations, and deployment strategies.

• Collaborate with AI agents as implementation partners, then evaluate, test, debug, and fortify their outputs.

• Work with Node.js/TypeScript, APIs, databases, authentication, queues/webhooks, GCP, Cloudflare, and observability.

• Identify infrastructure challenges: networking, environment configuration, permissions, DNS, authentication, latency, data flow, and reliability.

• Incorporate valuable lessons from customers back into products, tools, documentation, and reusable playbooks.

• Remain the composed technical human in the loop when customers require judgment, context, and follow-through.
