This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications.
• Collaborate with business system analysts, end users, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive adoption, effective utilization, and seamless deployment of our IT solutions.
• Oversee the change control process, gather end-user requirements, and participate in the development, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance of IT solutions in the Oracle EBS environment.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to gather ideas and requirements, offer guidance, and validate application change requirements.
• Work with global teams on the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite applications.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Procurement, and analytics stakeholders to comprehend needs, identify challenges, document requirements, and drive design and solutions.
• Lead the creation of functional specifications, implementation, maintenance, and support for Supply Chain within Oracle EBS.
• Propel techno-functional solution design and integration with both upstream and downstream systems.
• Offer technical leadership by leveraging Oracle configuration expertise and best practices for Supply Chain business functions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Supply Planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business groups to implement new or improved processes for IT-related business, financial, and operational systems that are vital to organizational success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or another 4-year degree focused on information technology or equivalent.
• Over 8 years of experience in a senior or principal business analyst role or similar position.
• Proficient in the Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain module, particularly in Supply Planning.
• Experience in optimizing demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and supply collaboration by working with business stakeholders, DBAs, technical teams, and other SMEs.
• Proven experience in developing supply planning insights within Oracle EBS and collaborating with external analytics teams.
• Strong techno-functional experience in designing and supporting integration between Oracle EBS and external systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file-based interfaces.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution setting.
• Demonstrated career progression with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
