Senior SRE / SecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our environmental team to propose innovative technologies or modifications to the existing platform.

• Prioritize the performance and stability of the complete production solution.

• Engage in the development of new environments for upcoming solutions.

• Assess the current platform to recommend new strategies that enhance security and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in SRE/SecOps/DevOps.

• Familiarity with complex environments, high availability, and substantial workloads.

• Demonstrated success in infrastructure migrations, cost optimization, and performance tuning.

• Experience in leading automation, architecture, or projects aimed at enhancing production systems.

• Proficient in technical reading in English.

• Experience with Linux operating systems.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL and MongoDB).

• Proficiency with Docker.

• Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git.

• Familiarity with AWS.

• Experience with Apache Kafka.

• Knowledge of Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes.

• Experience with Redis.

• Experience with distributed applications and multithreading.

• Experience in performance analysis and optimization of algorithms and SQL.

• Bonus points for Senior SRE/DevOps candidates.

• Experience with application auto-scaling.
