📋 Description

• Develop high-quality 2D animations for characters, props, VFX, and UI utilizing Spine and Unity: ensuring that every movement feels refined, purposeful, and emotionally resonant.

• Manage the entire animation pipeline from rigging to integration within the engine: ensuring seamless implementation, performance enhancement, and technical coherence.

• Work collaboratively across teams to prototype and refine gameplay motion: ensuring that animation improves feedback, clarity, and the overall gaming experience.

• Establish and uphold animation quality standards across both features and live content: striking a balance between aesthetic quality and mobile performance limitations.

• Infuse personality, rhythm, and weight into loops and transitions: transforming basic interactions into memorable and gratifying experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 2D animation using Spine and Unity, covering everything from rig creation to complex animation systems and final integration in the engine.

• Strong grasp of animation principles including anticipation, timing, spacing, easing, follow-through, squash and stretch, and overall appeal.

• An acute sense of rhythm, weight, and emotional clarity—capable of making interactions feel tangible, rewarding, and expressive.

• A proactive and ownership-oriented approach—confident in setting quality benchmarks and mentoring peers.

• Bonus: Experience in casual or stylized gaming, contributions to animation pipelines or systems, or a passion for humor-driven and “oddly satisfying” animation loops.
