Senior Specialty Consultative Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Make inbound and outbound calls to members.

• Verify the accuracy of prescriptions.

• Assess for potential drug-drug interactions.

• Analyze the suitability of disease states, dosages, directions, and therapies.

• Use electronic resources and guidelines to support professional decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD).

• Possess an active Pharmacist license from the state of Florida, Texas, Ohio, or Arizona Board of Pharmacy, free from restrictions or disciplinary actions.

• Have at least three (3) years of experience as a pharmacist in a high-volume retail, hospital, or mail-order pharmacy practice environment.

• Engage in Federal prescription programs.

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.

• Be proficient in navigating multiple systems and platforms, as well as troubleshooting and resolving general technical issues in a remote setting.
