Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough clinical evaluations, oversee patient adherence, and suggest evidence-based therapeutic modifications to enhance outcomes in oncology and various specialty disease areas.

• Manage daily operations, ensure adherence to regulations, supervise support personnel, tackle insurance and authorization challenges, and promote productivity and process enhancement initiatives.

• Provide direct clinical interventions, collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in protocol formulation and research, and pursue continuous professional education to uphold high-quality patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Must hold a pharmacist license in California

• Over 1 year of experience as a clinical pharmacist (preferred)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills

• Demonstrate empathy, integrity, and a team-oriented attitude
