Senior Specialist, Vision Care Sales Operations – Professional Medical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the operational aspects of RetinaVue P.C.

• Offering business operations assistance to the Vision Care team.

• Supervising a range of vendors and processes to ensure compliant coverage across all 50 states for the overread network.

• Managing physician credentialing, reappointment, state licensing and registration renewals, along with audit support.

• Optimizing go-to-market processes from sales and contracting to implementation and billing.

• Serving as the lead for process enhancement and business reporting initiatives.

• Maintaining customer relationships for high-priority accounts that require ongoing coordination following implementation.

• Acting as the escalation point for exam disputes and redirecting issues to the interpreting physician.

• Overseeing physician payments for monthly exams and agreements with clinical service directors.

• Facilitating the onboarding and termination processes for physicians.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.

• Proven experience in creating and implementing standard operating procedures.

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of systems.

• A financial orientation with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships.

• Capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in multitasking and aligning priorities accordingly.

• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment.

• Competence in managing multiple responsibilities under pressure.
