Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to establish hiring needs and strategies.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and reference checks.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines within key skill areas.

• Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.

• Advocate for Resmed’s Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent.

• Work alongside vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Lead process improvements, efficiency, and adherence to hiring policies.

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that facilitate scalable hiring solutions.

• Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and improved outcomes.

• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting corporate functions, particularly in accounting and finance recruitment.

• Familiarity with Workday, VNDLY, or similar systems.

• Experience in global or matrixed organizational structures.

• Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements or Talent Acquisition initiatives.
