Senior Specialist, Sustainability Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive sustainability strategy, policy, programs, training, and reporting across the organization.

• Work in partnership with various internal departments to enhance the systems of controls related to sustainability reporting.

• Support the organization in responding to evaluations from rating agencies.

• Develop internal communications that address the impact of new and emerging ESG trends, regulations, or standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in regulatory and compliance external reporting.

• Advanced experience in assessing, applying, and working with internal controls in a publicly reporting company.

• Proficiency in Data Analysis, MS Office applications, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and work well with colleagues both within and outside the department.
