Senior Specialist Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to obtain customer validation of technical solutions, assisting the account team during pre-sales activities.

• Provide customized technical presentations, encompassing in-depth demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (POCs), utilizing both traditional and innovative tools where relevant.

• Formulate technical strategies for intricate opportunities, including RFx such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses, and architecture designs.

• Work in conjunction with product engineering teams to ensure solution designs are aligned with product roadmaps and industry trends.

• Collaborate with customer success and ecosystem partners to facilitate seamless post-sale adoption and growth.

• Develop reusable technical resources (e.g., architecture templates, battle cards) to promote best practices on a larger scale.

• Guide junior team members on solution architecture principles and techniques for stakeholder alignment.

• Represent the organization in technical forums, sharing insights on product capabilities and practical use cases.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a comparable field of study.

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical presales, support, or consulting role.

• Strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, Virtualization, and Networking.

• Familiarity with and practical experience in methodologies related to automation and/or cloud infrastructure.

• Understanding of enterprise cloud solutions with experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, including private, public, and hybrid clouds.

• Proficient Linux system administration skills at the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) level or above; certifications are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• TS clearance or higher is preferred, though not mandatory.
