This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and enhance territory assignments and quota allocation for Sales teams, working in collaboration with cross-functional leadership to ensure fair and data-driven coverage models.
• Maintain documentation of processes to align with the administration of compensation plans.
• Design, develop, and uphold advanced performance metrics to monitor process improvements, seller productivity, and pipeline health.
• Oversee the preparation and real-time presentation of pipeline reports and dashboards for sales leadership, ensuring high standards of data precision and actionable insights.
• Advocate for CRM utilization and best practices; provide expertise, training, and support to enhance adoption and data quality.
• Conduct advanced ad-hoc analyses on sales forecasts, bookings, and pipeline coverage, delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Finance, proactively addressing discrepancies and ensuring coherence of bookings, revenue, and compensation.
• Lead or engage in cross-functional operational projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Operational expertise in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL, and data visualization platforms like PowerBI.
• Certificate or certification in data skills such as CompTIA Data+, SQL, PowerBI, or similar qualifications.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Highly analytical, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable plans.
• Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to identify and act on trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, applying them to broader concepts and strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team members, peers, and leadership effectively.
• Willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
• Demonstrate a self-driven and proactive mindset, thriving in accountability and ownership.
• Ability to pursue results, following through on problems by engaging relevant stakeholders and contributing to solutions, with a strong bias for action and incremental progress.
• Apply existing knowledge and problem-solving abilities to new challenges.
• Experience with a Private Equity-owned company is preferred.
• A degree is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
• Over 3 years of direct experience in a related field.
