This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the complete execution of Sales Operations by converting the go-to-market strategy into territory designs and segmentation models.
• Design and construct annual and quarterly planning models, which encompass territory routing, updates to segmentation, and allocation of quotas.
• Oversee, manage, and implement quota frameworks effectively.
• Support the design of compensation plans for the direct sales and go-to-market organization.
• Take ownership of intricate operational initiatives from the initial scope and business requirements through to deployment and optimization after launch.
• Uphold the Sales Rules of Engagement and account engagement strategies.
• Manage the sales technology stack, including tools, vendor relationships, budgets, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior Sales leaders to pinpoint enhancements and carry out process improvements.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations leaders across Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Renewals.
• Enhance the functionalities of Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and other related sales technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to design, test, and implement scalable technological solutions.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop an initial team of two Sales Operations professionals.
• Set operating rhythms for the team, manage workload capacity, and champion operational excellence.
• Guide the team in problem-solving, ensuring data integrity, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Sales Operations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a rapidly growing SaaS or software organization.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Proven history of coaching and developing team members successfully.
• Practical experience with territory routing, Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), segmentation modeling, and quota allocation.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex operational initiatives from business requirements to post-launch optimization.
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills related to vendor budgets, software roadmaps, and data modeling.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized with a focus on data integrity, precise processes, and thorough documentation.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of application.
