This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of media strategies while independently managing client communications and platform training sessions.
• Take charge of media strategy and campaign planning, overseeing the execution and ongoing management of clients’ media initiatives, including quality assurance.
• Establish trust and rapport with clients, managing communications, updates, review requests, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to platforms and media execution.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks for both clients and internal projects, while actively seeking opportunities to mentor junior team members requiring assistance.
• Partner with colleagues to gather insights from both internal and external sources.
• Understand and respond to the explicit motivations and needs of both internal and external stakeholders, building foundational trust through written and verbal communication, while striving to enhance the client experience.
• Execute media strategies across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels, including but not limited to Programmatic DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc.
• Utilize internal tools and processes for daily operations and task completion, including Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
• Stay informed about Monks' offerings and industry changes, identifying opportunities to improve client services.
• Intermediate proficiency in at least three platforms relevant to our Media team, with a conceptual understanding of the Media landscape and platform integration.
• Capacity to identify and take action on clearly defined problems, obstacles, and next steps.
• Proficiency in working with and contextualizing data regularly, including recognizing necessary inputs, accurately manipulating data sets, and analyzing data to uncover trends, outliers, and significant outputs.
• Capability to conduct 'professional grade' meetings, complete with structured agendas.
• Ability to meet self-imposed and external deadlines, fulfill both verbal and written commitments, maintain attention to detail in personal and others’ work, and apply professional formatting in documentation while identifying areas for improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to manage both one-off tasks and larger initiatives, balancing personal work with team priorities.
• High self-awareness and social competency, demonstrating the ability to manage personal stress and effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and individual peers.
• Aptitude to identify improvement opportunities and support the development of others.
• Experience in a professional environment working alongside team members and clients.
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant Media role or environment.
