Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales and purchasing workflow, which includes customer billing, vendor invoice verification, purchase order management, and project administration.

• Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding service.

• Manage customer billing processes.

• Review and verify invoices from vendors.

• Supervise the entire sales and purchasing procedure: preparing proposals for customers and purchase orders for vendors.

• Facilitate communication with both customers and vendors.

• Acquire, manage, and track customer purchase orders.

• Coordinate efforts between global management and local teams.

• Work in collaboration with Project Managers to develop, update, and oversee the structure and budget of customer projects within our internal system.

• Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including operations, marketing, and human resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in sales operations for multinational clients.

• Background in business administration.

• Familiarity with working in a global organization.

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree.

• Advantageous: Degree in Business, Economics, or Law.

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Advantageous: Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.

• Highly organized individual.
