This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of media strategies while independently managing client communications and training on various platforms.
• Take ownership of media strategy and campaign planning, including the development and ongoing management of our clients’ media initiatives, ensuring quality assurance.
• Cultivate trust and strong relationships with clients, managing all communications and updates.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish daily tasks.
• Partner with colleagues to gain insights and learnings.
• Understand and respond to the explicit motivations and needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement campaigns across media platforms, including Programmatic, Social, and Search channels.
• Utilize internal tools and processes for everyday tasks and workflow completion.
• Stay informed about Monks’ offerings and developments within the advertising industry.
• Intermediate proficiency in at least three platforms relevant to our Media team, along with a conceptual understanding of the Media landscape and the role of various platforms within it.
• Ability to identify and take action on clearly defined issues, obstacles, and next steps.
• Capability to work with and contextualize data on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in hosting 'professional grade' meetings, complete with structured agendas.
• Ability to adhere to both self-imposed and external deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to handle one-off tasks as well as larger, long-term initiatives.
• Enhanced self-awareness and social awareness skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and mentor others.
• Experience in a professional environment collaborating with team members and clients.
• A minimum of 3 years in a relevant Media role or setting.
