Senior Specialist, Human Resources

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Delivers high-level assistance in HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll, Wellness, and Vendor Management.

• Provides guidance and coaching to managers on various HR issues.

• Oversees the maintenance of employee records and databases.

• Works in conjunction with global teams to uphold HR standards and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in a Human Resource position.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR operations.

• Familiarity with Allsec & Workday as well as SAP tools.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
