Senior Specialist, Guest Relations

📋 Description

• Deliver a Target-branded experience with each interaction with guests

• Assist guests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Address guest concerns promptly while ensuring their privacy is protected

• Recognize, assess, and promptly communicate guest trends to leadership

• Uphold departmental performance standards and objectives concerning quality service and performance

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• 1-2 years of experience in guest service or customer support

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient technical skills

• Capability to engage via a Target-provided web camera for necessary meetings, training sessions, and interactions

• Access to a home workspace that is free from noise distractions

• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
