Senior Specialist, Growth Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Growth leadership to pinpoint operational deficiencies, devise process enhancements, and execute scalable solutions that boost team productivity.

• Work alongside the Sr. Director of Growth Operations to generate strategic target lists from various internal sources to steer Growth Team initiatives.

• Develop, sustain, and constantly refine best practice and SOP documentation to guarantee alignment and adoption of organizational workflows.

• Oversee the coordination of training and development events for the Growth Team; manage a central repository for team resources, playbooks, and onboarding materials.

• Act as a primary resource for Growth personnel regarding operational processes, tools, and best practices.

• Manage the transition post-close to the Onboarding team, including the verification of information, introductory communications, and the creation of placement opportunities.

• Assist in the formulation, execution, and monitoring of legal agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements and shared savings participation agreements.

• Gather and audit necessary deal closing documents, distributing them to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collect and audit required documentation for enrolling clients who register for Medicare Advantage contracts.

• Ensure compliance with SFDC, including accurate pipeline staging, next steps, and dates; perform bulk updates and corrections using the DataLoader tool; and support the creation of Salesforce objects related to the Growth opportunity lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in a technical or business-related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or other sales support roles.

• Experience in a B2B sales organization is preferred.

• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
