This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Serve as the field representative for our company at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software on complex integrated network systems.
• Support various system test programs, including regular, special, and integrated testing, such as scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT), and operational testing (OT).
• Advocate for customer requirements during L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development process.
• Uphold ForceX’s outstanding reputation through positive interactions with customers.
• Work independently on intricate assignments to meet operational targets that moderately affect overall team outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Over 3 years of experience with cUAS technologies or comparable defense/security systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Familiarity with military standards and technical documentation.
• Experience in developing test cases to validate software features effectively.
• Capability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience, or a 2-year post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Possession of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is essential.
• Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems is preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in troubleshooting technical and/or software products is required.
• Relevant technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc., are strongly preferred.
• On-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems.
• Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of cUAS equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to solve complex technical issues and promote continuous improvement of cUAS systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cUAS technology and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, security, and operational protocols.
