This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Assist in managing the queue of intricate opportunities that require sales engineering.
• Monitor, report on, and oversee the opportunity funnel to ultimately boost sales.
• Contribute to the company's revenue growth by enhancing TA performance monthly and working to develop or expand opportunities.
• Foster and maintain a healthy and positive working relationship with all TAs.
• Initiate, establish, and sustain working relationships with supplier contacts in local areas.
• Record and communicate registered opportunities for follow-up by the Channel Manager.
• Recognize the need for regional TA training and schedule it as necessary.
• Provide training on and stay informed about emerging provider products and services.
• Onboard and train internal new hires on specific technologies.
• Identify and explore potential opportunities across the entire technology landscape: Security, CX, Cloud, Network, Mobility, AI, or IoT.
• Organize meetings and lead discovery calls with customers on behalf of TAs to uncover any opportunities.
• Demonstrate the ability to drive deals to closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of activities in Salesforce.
• Proficient communicator across all forms of communication.
• Active listener.
• Dynamic and captivating presenter.
• Capable of asking probing questions in a conversational style.
• Must possess a positive attitude and a relentless pursuit of professional development.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while identifying and addressing individual issues.

• Requires the attainment of one industry certification per year.
• Prior technology experience across various verticals is essential (Security, CX, Cloud, Network, Mobility, AI, or IoT).
