Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, performs cleaning and other services, and carries out minor repairs on products within a designated area.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates them according to established protocols.

• Organizes service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and clarity regarding product functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards are required.

• Proficient computer skills and a solid understanding of the relevant tools and methodologies are expected.

• Preferred qualifications include product knowledge in the relevant industry and basic ITIL competencies.

• Willingness to attend training sessions in Canton, Ohio for 1-2 weeks, with paid training opportunities available.

• Capability to lift and maneuver heavy loads, remain standing for extended periods, and perform climbing, bending, and stooping while working on equipment.

• Acceptance of potential exposure to outdoor elements is required.

• Flexibility for shift work, including participation in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

• Outstanding customer service skills are necessary.

• Ability to organize and manage inventory of truck stock parts and tools is essential.

• A sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work within a team are required.

• Must be able to pass MVR, background checks, and drug testing when required.
