This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Support the Executive Director in the identification and recruitment of evangelical theologians.
• Oversee correspondence, manage paperwork, coordinate scheduling, and handle other logistical tasks.
• Organize and manage complex program logistics and calendars for scholar meetings.
• Assist the Executive Director in various editorial activities.
• Facilitate effective communication and project management.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as publishers and vendors.
• Conduct research on topics pertaining to theological anthropology.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in theology is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of theology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Capability to represent the ministry in a professional manner.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a resourceful team player.
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
