This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Develop, oversee, and modify production schedules to ensure efficient workflows, timely deliveries, and alignment with demand forecasts.
• Review daily MRP signals and create or update work orders to meet demand, while proactively communicating any changes to manufacturing and procurement teams.
• Identify and address constraints related to materials, labor, tools, and capacity through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead weekly capacity and production meetings, fostering accountability for scheduled execution and implementing mitigation actions.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain key master data components related to planning, including safety stock levels, order quantities, and scheduling parameters.
• Review and respond to Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO) and Quality Notifications to facilitate smooth transitions and accurate planning records.
• Compile and distribute work-order packets to support production readiness and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Analyze work order variances, assist in root-cause investigations, and finalize orders in accordance with standard processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to drive planning accuracy and achieve collective objectives.
• Assist in the introduction of new tooling or process updates by coordinating efforts with tool room and operations teams.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to site safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing operations.
• Willingness to travel (<10%) to manufacturing sites as necessary.
• Reside in a state covered by Entegris’ work location policy (MA, MN, TX, UT, CT, NC, RI, WI, IL, AZ, NV, PA, NH, FL, GA, IN, OH, OK, ID, TN).
• Advanced experience with SAP, particularly in materials management or production planning modules.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP planning processes and proficient use of planning or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret capacity constraints, and make informed decisions independently.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills; capable of influencing in cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapting to schedule changes.
