This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily oversight of Microsoft and channel partner incentives, closely collaborating with 3Cloud Sales to expedite customer transitions to Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee a seven-figure annual funding goal, proactively aligning, attaching, and optimizing funding across both active and prospective sales opportunities.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, offering guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and strategies for optimization.
• Spearhead engagement with the Microsoft partner system and co-selling initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft as well as channel field teams.
• Contribute to and influence joint go-to-market (GTM) execution by providing thought leadership on incentive frameworks, partner activities, and funding strategies.
• Enhance sales readiness by promoting awareness, adoption, and execution of partner programs and joint GTM objectives.
• Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to boost brand visibility and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Alliance leadership to support senior relationships with Microsoft and channel partners, funding mechanisms, and ongoing pipeline and performance assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
• Work directly with clients, Sales, Delivery, and internal project managers to coordinate partner engagement and handle escalations as necessary.
• Support and manage critical partner and channel relationships in line with the overarching objectives of 3Cloud alliances.
• Serve as a trusted execution partner to the Director of Microsoft Alliance, Cloud Strategy Director, and Alliances leadership across alliance operations and strategic initiatives.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and process bottlenecks in alliance execution.
• Propose, implement, and document process enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and consistency throughout alliance operations.
• Offer guidance and informal mentorship to Alliance Specialists, sharing best practices and enhancing overall team execution quality.
• 2-5 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage a substantial information pipeline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a consulting or sales environment.
• Enthusiasm for cloud technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines with various stakeholders while consistently delivering results.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of maintaining a high level of client focus.
