This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create timelines and oversee the smooth progression of creative projects from start to finish, including the delivery and production of final assets.
• Consistently communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates to team members at all levels, from junior to executive, tailoring messages and highlighting solutions and opportunities.
• Organize, attend, and facilitate kickoff and status meetings with key stakeholders to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met, providing clear and concise summaries of next steps.
• Take comprehensive notes during meetings and draft clear recaps and next steps for the involved teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between creative (copy/studio/production) and business teams, collaborating with other project managers to synchronize timelines, supply necessary information/documents, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Ensure projects receive the appropriate approvals and that all sign-offs are documented. Record and archive final creative assets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with production teams on project timelines and ensure adherence to budgets, actively working to resolve any issues as needed. Guarantee that all projects are released to production on schedule to meet project due dates.
• Continuously identify, define, and develop process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity within the Branding & Creative Department as well as across functional teams.
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in creative project management.
• Prior experience at the specialist level (or an equivalent role) or above.
• Strong proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Workfront is a plus.
• Understanding of project management standards is advantageous.
