Senior Special Projects Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the founders to develop and implement new business strategies

• Establishing internal processes and regularly conducting process enhancements

• Partnering with the founders to create a sales process, occasionally engaging with clients, and finalizing deals

• Transforming customer feedback into actionable briefs, synthesizing customer needs, and supporting pilot projects

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or a related position within a technology company

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong analytical abilities and essential problem-solving skills

• Proficient in organizing your workload and communicating effectively

• A proven track record of driving results and accomplishing tasks

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and seamlessly switch between multiple projects
