Senior Sourcing Manager – Sourcing Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Global Sourcing analytics initiative and manage the MOR process.

• Ensure that leadership has access to predictive insights and accurate reporting to foster ongoing enhancements in service, quality, and efficiency.

• Develop and implement the strategy for incorporating Gen AI and Agentic AI into our operations.

• Anticipate leadership needs by effectively connecting raw data with business strategies.

• Utilize high-level evaluative judgment to identify systemic challenges.

• Promote collaboration across different functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive, proven experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Commercial Operations.

• Demonstrated success in leading executive-level operational reviews and shaping organizational strategy.

• Strong expertise in data modeling, spend analytics, and converting complex datasets into clear narratives for executives.

• Proven experience applying Lean principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
