Data Science Analysis Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and integration of AI-driven functionalities

• Create scalable, cloud-native architectures utilizing GCP and AWS

• Proactively utilize AI coding assistants, LLMs, and prompt engineering strategies

• Promote responsible AI practices within the team

• Work collaboratively with product management, data science stakeholders, and QA teams

• Establish and uphold software engineering standards in a CI/CD environment

• Facilitate code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning meetings

• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

• Keep abreast of emerging AI frameworks and advancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering

• Expertise in Python programming

• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and services (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)

• Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS platforms

• Proven ability to craft effective prompts and utilize LLMs

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes

• Experience in automated testing, deployment planning, and managing production software systems

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
