This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Execute and ensure the quality of online conversion tracking across various paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Establish and oversee offline conversion tracking through CRM integrations, CSV uploads, and API-driven data pipelines.
• Develop, configure, and manage Google Tag Manager containers, along with custom triggers, variables, and implementations of Consent Mode.
• Diagnose tracking problems and rectify data inconsistencies across platforms.
• Confirm the accuracy of tracking prior to project handover.
• Collaborate with teams in paid media and account management to ensure dependable campaign measurement.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking on major advertising platforms.
• Practical experience with offline conversion tracking, specifically CRM-to-ad-platform integrations.
• Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including the use of custom triggers, variables, and Consent Mode.
• Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with advertising platforms for effective lead tracking and attribution.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier (or similar).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple client implementations simultaneously.
