This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the job position by innovatively conducting research and utilizing a diverse array of resources.
• Build and maintain a continuous and varied pipeline of potential candidates through research, networking, database mining, and comprehensive internet searches as needed for ManpowerGroup clients.
• Employ various technical tools to locate and engage a highly qualified pool of candidates.
• Oversee referral sources and other designated sourcing channels.
• Document research methodologies to facilitate sharing with other members of the recruitment team.
• Provide training to the recruitment team on new internet platforms, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and relevant sites.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to pinpoint deficiencies in the sourcing plan and devise strategies to create a candidate pipeline for challenging positions.
• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on the outlined job description.
• Assist in the development of job requisitions and descriptions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of job requisitions and descriptions for the competencies, skills, and knowledge necessary for successful applicants.
• Keep track of the number of resumes required for open positions.
• Manage the ATS (applicant tracking system) effectively.
• Regularly enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Generate recruitment metric reports manually and through the applicant tracking system.
• Create, organize, and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and assorted paperwork.
• Handle resume conversion and application maintenance.
• Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies for specialized manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing a requisition load of 50-75+ positions.
• Proven ability to source for up to 12 different locations simultaneously.
• Must reside in the Central time zone and be able to work across Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones.
• Extensive knowledge and proven success in utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies to identify both passive and active candidate pools, including contact lists, internal and external databases, meetups/blogs, cold calling, and research.
• Competence in creating competitive and demographic analyses for recruitment functions.
• Experience in managing and executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with and experience using recruiting-related technologies.
• Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with robust presentation skills.
• Exceptional internal and external customer service abilities.
