Senior Sourcer – Ford Racing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and implement sourcing strategies across various channels (online platforms, communities, events, referrals) to uncover exceptional talent for Ford Racing positions.

• Perform initial candidate screenings, evaluate resumes and profiles, and deliver clear and concise assessments regarding candidate suitability, interest, and readiness.

• Champion exceptional candidates and maximize stakeholder efficiency by presenting only well-qualified, carefully assessed talent.

• Participate in calls with recruiters and stakeholders to review search progress, assess pipeline quality, gather market insights, and refine role specifications or search focus as necessary.

• Identify obstacles in the search process, highlight challenges early, and suggest innovative sourcing strategies and alternative talent channels.

• Maintain organized candidate pipelines, tracking systems, and documentation within the applicant tracking system and Sustainable Talent tools, ensuring transparency regarding top-of-funnel and screened candidates.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Recruiter to align sourcing priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and facilitate seamless transitions into the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on talent identification, engagement, and early-stage assessment.

• Proven ability to establish and manage pipelines in niche or competitive markets and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations for candidates.

• Strong collaboration capabilities, with a willingness to engage in calls with recruiters and stakeholders to discuss strategies, challenges, and next steps.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Keen attention to detail and robust organizational abilities in managing trackers, documentation, and updates.

• Capacity to handle multiple searches and priorities concurrently while working remotely across different time zones.
