Senior Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor the skills of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to enhance the design and ideation of client solutions (No direct reports).

• Assist in training and quality assessments for conventional MHE technologies, Sortation, conveyance, case storage & AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) applications.

• Possess a robust understanding of controls applications, their capabilities, and how they are utilized in system designs.

• Formulate ROI strategies for implemented material handling solutions.

• Examine the client's business at a granular level using their available data to grasp the design criteria essential for delivering intelligent material handling solutions tailored to their needs.

• Utilize the outcomes of data analysis and a deep understanding of our client’s business to create efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, and traditional material handling systems that integrate with a base MHE and AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) technical application.

• Create capital plans that incorporate suitable traditional MHE equipment, AMR/AGV (move and GTP), etc., covering scheduling, resource planning, and budgeting.

• Develop KPI-driven applications and technologies aimed at enhancing throughput, efficiency, and revenue.

• Collaborate closely with a client’s leadership and/or operations team to deliver solutions that boost productivity and accuracy. Effective communication and presentation of these solutions are crucial aspects of this role.

• Act as a subject matter expert in engineering-related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices, and operator safety concerning traditional MHE, AMR/AGV & GTP technical applications.

• Partner with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives to ensure Solutions team designs are in line with client’s objectives.

• Perform WMS and WES software evaluations and present findings to clients as part of their design solutions.
