This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to define deal strategies, facilitate discovery discussions, and provide customized demonstrations for maintenance-oriented assessments.
• Connect maintenance workflows to quantifiable results and offer guidance to both technicians and executives.
• Spearhead proof-of-concepts and trials that tackle intricate maintenance issues.
• Take ownership of the technical and domain narrative for the Maintenance Platform.
• Establish authority on the product and influence discussions regarding the future roadmap.
• Convert customer pain points, gaps, and emerging use cases into valuable input for the Product roadmap.
• Develop strategies for trials, demo narratives, objection handling, and consistent sales approaches.
• Empower the wider field organization to effectively position and sell the platform.
• Assist in prioritizing the roadmap and formulating go-to-market strategies for new product lines.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Trial Success, and Product Marketing teams.
• Report directly to the leadership of Solutions Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, solution consulting, or a customer-facing role within maintenance technology.
• Preferably experience with maintenance, CMMS, EAM, or field service software companies.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance operations and asset management, including preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, uptime, and technician efficiency.
• Proven track record in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales processes.
• In-depth understanding of value-based selling frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to influence both technicians and executives effectively.
• Practical experience in designing trials, proof-of-concepts, and evaluation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, transportation, field services, energy, or construction is advantageous.
• Willing to travel for strategic planning and opportunities.
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
