This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the main technical advisor for enterprise clients and prospects, assisting them in evaluating, adopting, and expanding our cybersecurity platform.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of client objectives, challenges, and security needs to ensure platform features lead to significant outcomes.
• Conduct engaging demonstrations, presentations, and technical narratives that effectively communicate value and instill confidence among both technical and executive audiences.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key partners to boost revenue and expand market presence.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field activities.
• Create high-quality enablement materials including content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets to support internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate across departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution and outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide product feedback and innovative insights to Product Management based on client requirements, technical gaps, and emerging market trends.
• Lead and assist in Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase tangible technical and business value, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform functionalities, including beta features, forthcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Travel within the U.S. for client engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive technical knowledge across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.
• Experience in designing and architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
• Ability to quickly learn modern technologies and excel in a rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of addressing a range of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Proven experience and enthusiasm for public speaking, live demonstrations, and client education.
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments is a plus.
