Associate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Successfully complete and pass assigned training tasks related to designated products and responsibilities.

• Conduct high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance on mass spectrometry instruments while managing escalation calls.

• Manage critical calls with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.

• At least 3+ years of experience with instruments such as GC, HPLC, and mass spectrometers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of analytical instrumentation services, particularly in mass spectrometry, along with relevant experience related to Mass Spec and HPLC.

• Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
