Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing systems and components at customer locations.

• Troubleshooting intricate mechanical, hardware, and software failures down to the component level.

• Acting as the technical liaison for client concerns and escalating design issues to the engineering team.

• Mentoring and instructing Level I–III technicians and field engineers.

• Monitoring maintenance activities, reporting downtime, ordering necessary parts, and adhering to safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate of Science degree in Electronics or completion of an accredited basic electronics program or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: Three (3) to Six (6) years of relevant work experience in mechanical, electrical, and customer support roles.

• Familiarity with the principles of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology is preferred.
