Senior Solutions Engineer – Federal, Military Health, DIB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Showcase Snowflake's technology and vision to both executives and technical stakeholders at potential clients and existing customers.

• Engage directly with prospects and customers to illustrate and convey the benefits of Snowflake technology throughout the sales process.

• Stay immersed in the dynamic industry landscape, keeping a comprehensive understanding of both competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to continually enhance Snowflake’s product offerings and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales role.

• Exceptional presentation skills tailored for both technical and executive audiences.

• Preferred experience in military health (VA/DHA/Tricare) and the Defense Intelligence Base.

• Extensive experience with large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technologies, ETL processes, analytics, and cloud solutions.

• Proficient in SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.

• Capability to align a customer’s unique business challenges with Snowflake’s solutions.

• Competence in conducting in-depth assessments of customer architecture frameworks and linking them with Snowflake Data Architecture.

• Strong interest in the AI landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI code generation tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience is preferred.
