This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Become a specialist in Semgrep and integrate our platform into the software development lifecycle.
• Define and manage each customer engagement with a focus on clear objectives and success metrics.
• Communicate to customers how our platform stands out in the market.
• Serve as a thought leader in the broader community, contributing to education, sharing best practices, and presenting at various events.
• Reduce customer obstacles in adopting and implementing Semgrep by developing automation and producing content for external audiences.
• Convey customer feedback to shape the future roadmap of new features and services for Semgrep.
• Over 8 years of experience working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles.
• Proven experience in communicating with executives and managing full sales cycles within large organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of developer workflows and build systems.
• Familiarity with application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis initiatives.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, a related technical field, completion of a boot camp, or equivalent practical experience.
