• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate strategic enterprise opportunities throughout the DACH region.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design efforts with customers and partners.
• Conduct workshops with customer stakeholders focusing on security, infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM), endpoint management, and workplace technology.
• Maintain the relationship with the customer's technical representatives during and after the sales process.
• Assist customers in assessing Firefox Enterprise in aspects such as deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, security controls, and operational compatibility.
• Design and oversee pilots, proofs of concept, and implementation plans.
• Provide guidance to customers on deployment models, architectural choices, and integration strategies for enterprise environments.
• Confirm interoperability across systems including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), security information and event management (SIEM), proxy/network controls, endpoint tools, certificates/public key infrastructure (PKI), and browser policy frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early, covering issues like application compatibility, certificate management, deployment complexity, and policy enforcement requirements.
• Develop reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, deployment guidelines, validation plans, and technical enablement resources.
• Support and empower partners engaged in deployment, integration, and customer success initiatives.
• Uphold Mozilla’s principles of openness, trust, and user agency in every customer interaction.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in roles such as Senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Ideally possess in-depth knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, especially within the public sector, financial services, or critical infrastructure (KRITIS) operators.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust architecture, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.
• Practical experience with:
• Windows enterprise deployment
• Group Policy Objects (GPO) / Mobile Device Management (MDM) / policy management
• Certificates / PKI / TLS / proxies
• SSO / MFA / Identity Provider (IdP) integrations
• SIEM / Data Loss Prevention (DLP) / Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) ecosystems
• Kubernetes / Helm for customer-operated environments
• Proven experience supporting pilots, technical assessments, or enterprise deployments in challenging customer settings.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory standards into technical configurations and sales documentation.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior customer stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and assisting customers in transitioning from evaluation to deployment confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native-level fluency in German.
