Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and architectural discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements as well as post-sales and deployment architecture.

• Assess network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across multiple sites.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to eliminate technical obstacles and enhance deal confidence.

• Own the technical implementation strategy after signature, ensuring seamless rollout across multi-site environments.

• Act as a senior escalation point for network and infrastructure issues during deployment.

• Convert complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans.

• Create standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to facilitate enterprise deployments.

• Offer structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.

• Substantial experience working directly with enterprise IT and security stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN).

• Proven capability to manage complex technical workstreams from discovery to go-live.

• Strong executive communication abilities and comfort in influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success operating independently in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
