Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers and partners throughout the phases of solution qualification, implementation, deployment, and support, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Squirro solutions.

• Work alongside business and engineering stakeholders to convert customer requirements into scalable technical solutions that align with business objectives.

• Enhance the Squirro platform by developing custom backend components using Python and Bash, creating integrations, and supporting REST API implementations.

• Implement and refine enterprise search solutions utilizing Elasticsearch, AI/LLM integrations, Agentic Workflows, and contemporary AI tools to enhance relevance, automation, and insight generation.

• Deploy and manage solutions across Linux and hybrid infrastructure environments, utilizing tools such as Ansible and microservices-based architectures.

• Maintain technical documentation, foster knowledge sharing, and collaborate with engineering teams on product enhancements and customer-driven feature requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

• Familiarity with deploying and supporting Linux-based systems.

• Understanding of LLMs, Agentic Workflows, and AI integration methodologies.

• Experience with Elasticsearch in production settings, including relevancy tuning and search optimization.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, backend development, and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, MySQL/MariaDB, or Redis.

• Understanding of microservices architectures and hybrid infrastructure deployments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
