Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and present technical demonstrations that showcase enterprise solutions, highlighting ease of configuration, architectural simplicity, and intelligent workflows, thereby encouraging customer engagement and showcasing exceptional presentation abilities.

• Clearly articulate the value of solutions to both business and technical audiences, ensuring clarity and meeting the needs of prospective customer inquiries.

• Conduct needs assessments, provide consultations, deliver technical solutions, and offer customer support in collaboration with a team of Saviynt professionals.

• Work closely with sales and global bid team members to effectively address prospective customer inquiries stemming from RFx requests.

• Support the global bid team and collaborate with the product management team in crafting RFx responses.

• Maintain open communication with sales directors and management, proactively prioritizing and managing key regional opportunities to drive them to successful closure.

• Regularly relay feedback on solutions and competitive intelligence from the field to Saviynt's product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.

• Train and mentor Solutions Engineers on solution demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, technical overviews, and management and execution of POC scopes.

• Willingness to engage in up to 40% domestic travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of prior experience in Solutions Engineering with proven success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security solutions.

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, MCP, and related technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of popular Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.

• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation, and similar technologies.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications from ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer, etc.
