This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the pre-sales process for all aspects pertaining to resource management, skills intelligence, and workforce transformation.
• Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions to assess potential clients' existing resource allocation frameworks, pinpoint critical challenges, and quantify the adverse effects of their current situation.
• Design and communicate a visionary future state where the client utilizes ProFinda to accomplish strategic objectives, including enhancing project utilization, increasing employee engagement, and preparing their workforce for future demands.
• Create persuasive, customized value propositions and business cases that clearly illustrate a Return on Investment (ROI).
• Develop and present highly engaging, tailored product demonstrations that appeal to a variety of stakeholders, from operational managers to C-suite executives (e.g., COO, CHRO, CIO).
• Interpret complex AI and platform functionalities into concrete, real-world business advantages, emphasizing how the solution addresses the client's specific resource and skills challenges.
• Collect requirements from external stakeholders, outline functional and technical specifications, and collaborate directly with internal tech teams to ensure precise translation and execution of business needs.
• Lead technical and functional Q&A sessions, effectively resolving client inquiries and managing proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive to formulate and implement the overall pre-sales strategy for significant opportunities.
• Provide essential market and client feedback to the Technical Delivery Manager to guide the platform roadmap.
• Establish and maintain a repository of pre-sales materials, including demonstration scripts, presentations, and technical FAQs, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in workforce transformation, resource management, and SaaS technology to uphold a leading advisory role.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a highly consultative role within the SaaS, HR Tech, or Professional Services sectors.
• Extensive Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas: resource management, workforce planning, skills intelligence, project portfolio management (PPM), or professional services automation (PSA).
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas and tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in conducting engaging and professional product demonstrations for large enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial insight, with experience in developing business cases and articulating long-term value propositions.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to client locations and industry events.
