This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the technical sales strategy for Consent & Preferences initiatives, facilitating discovery, aligning requirements with value, creating technical win plans, and guiding stakeholders through evaluation processes.
• Act as the technical authority on integrations and architecture for significant sales opportunities, proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct in-depth technical workshops with customer engineering, security, data, and martech teams.
• Provide outcome-driven product demonstrations for executive buyers and technical evaluators, detailing trade-offs, risks, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, buying criteria, and stakeholder alignment from initial contact through to closure.
• Work closely with Product, R&D, and partner teams to eliminate technical hurdles, influence the product roadmap, and enhance integration patterns and playbooks.
• Develop customer-facing materials such as architecture diagrams, integration strategies, demo narratives, and competitive positioning.
• Ensure pipeline integrity and activity tracking in Salesforce.com, including next steps, risks, and stakeholder mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, computer science, or business discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Management Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise, long-cycle opportunities involving multiple technical stakeholders and executive buyers.
• Strong background in designing and articulating architectures and integrations within the martech/data ecosystem, including CDPs, CMPs, tag management, identity management, data warehouses, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Technical proficiency in web and native mobile development concepts.
• Experience with SDK- and API-based integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL/data querying.
• Understanding of consent signal capture and enforcement methodologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting implementation challenges and collaborating with engineering teams on software and code-level requirements.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof projects/POCs.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance requirements impacting consent and preference programs.
• Capability to create proposals, RFP responses, solution narratives, and presentations suited for executives.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
