Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyze the challenges, use cases, roles, and business objectives of prospects.

• Advocate for the technical positioning of NetBox Labs products during interactions with AI clients.

• Provide education to customers and prospects regarding NetBox Labs solutions and their relevance in the AI sector.

• Facilitate technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Articulate the value proposition of NetBox Labs solutions to potential clients.

• Convert technical environments and product solutions into overarching value statements and technical-win strategies in collaboration with Sales.

• Pre-qualify leads through inbound and strategic outbound initiatives using email, phone, and social media channels.

• Generate revenue by arranging initial meetings with qualified users and senior decision-makers.

• Keep prospect data up to date in HubSpot.

• Work in conjunction with the SE Leader, Head of Marketing, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and VP of Sales.

• Adapt sales strategy dynamically based on real-time market insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or open-source SaaS products to AI companies or clients seeking AI solutions.

• Over 2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup setting.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities.

• Strong time management and project management skills.

• Capability to work independently.

• High energy, determination, and persistence.

• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and similar tools.

• Understanding of infrastructure typically used in AI/ML applications, such as NVIDIA GPUs.

• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training and inference processes.

• Awareness of Kubernetes and its significance in AI/ML workloads.

• Knowledge of NetBox, network engineering, and/or network automation use cases, including Python and Ansible.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is requested in the application form.
