This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Lead the technical success for intricate enterprise accounts by overseeing technical discovery, conducting product demonstrations, and positioning competitively from evaluation to opportunity conversion.
• Create, develop, and present proof-of-value (PoV) prototypes, customized solution architectures, and technical workshops that effectively communicate Neo4j’s distinct value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), systems integrators, and ISVs to design joint solutions, implement co-selling initiatives, and facilitate technical enablement programs.
• Serve as a cross-functional technical coordinator, working alongside internal sales teams on deal qualification and ensuring a smooth architectural transition to Professional Services and implementation partners.
• Advocate for Neo4j’s technology by contributing to thought leadership, presenting at webinars and industry conferences, and supporting local developer community and marketing events.
• Travel to customer locations and partner events as necessary to conduct technical workshops and enhance strategic engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture role.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Experience in engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders (C-level) throughout complex sales processes.
• Proven ability in driving technical discovery and value-based selling to align enterprise business objectives with technical architectures.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30-40% as this role involves customer interactions with local stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j) along with familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Linkurious) (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators (preferred).
• Industry knowledge within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications (preferred).
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, or Thai would be beneficial, as this role is client-facing in a regional context (preferred).
