This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead technical discovery sessions for Enterprise clients, conducting in-depth calls and customized demonstrations that illustrate how n8n integrates within complex customer infrastructures while addressing essential security, scalability, and reliability needs.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to evaluate technical compatibility, shape deal strategies, and manage technical objections, delivering demonstrations based on genuine Enterprise workflows and scenarios.
• Manage Enterprise Proof of Concepts (POCs) comprehensively, from defining success criteria to providing hands-on technical support throughout the evaluation phase.
• Assist clients in validating n8n under actual usage conditions and gather insights from POCs to enhance qualification, conversion processes, and transitions to Solution Architecture/Customer Success teams.
• Establish strong connections with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders, serving as the primary technical liaison during Enterprise assessments.
• Effectively communicate n8n’s strategies for security, deployment, governance, and scalability, aiding customers in planning for adoption beyond their initial use case.
• Work alongside Sales to refine Enterprise technical discovery processes, demonstrations, and POC frameworks.
• Provide structured feedback from Enterprise clients to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the development of enablement materials that enhance Enterprise sales efforts.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering position, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector, with direct engagement with enterprise clients.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Capable of clearly conveying intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and engaging confidently with enterprise stakeholders.
• Commercial Insight: Familiar with sales processes and able to creatively translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Relationship Management: Proficient in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, particularly within infrastructure teams regarding deployment needs.
• Strong Technical Expertise: Possess hands-on experience with:
• ☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common cloud services utilized in contemporary SaaS architectures.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel and onboarding sessions with the team in NYC / EMEA as required.
