Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and designers.

• Establish a robust technical comprehension of makepath’s operations.

• Engage with potential clients seeking makepath’s services.

• Assist potential clients in achieving and sustaining a competitive advantage.

• Transition or contribute from software engineering into Sales and Client Relations.

• Conduct consultative selling and architecture evaluations.

• Prepare and present technical content through presentations and tutorials.

• Develop customer-facing resources and technical assets for the discovery, qualification, and validation of prospective clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python-centered data science and data analysis.

• Strong experience with PyData tools.

• Willingness and ability to engage in consultative selling and architecture reviews.

• Experience in preparing and presenting technical content through tutorials and presentations.

• Background in DevOps, solution architecture, and technical documentation.

• Knowledge of open-source tools for GIS/geospatial applications.

• Proven experience in creating customer-facing resources and technical assets for the discovery, qualification, and validation of prospective clients.

• Experience in creating and contributing to open-source software.

• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
