• Become an early member of a rapidly growing team dedicated to addressing technical and customer challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with our Sales team to convey the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients.
• Take responsibility for the technical engagement with customers and assist in closing fast-paced opportunities through extensive competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility.
• Present product and technical information to both potential and existing customers.
• Actively engage with customers and internal teams to establish a feedback loop regarding our products and the competitive landscape.
• Facilitate product discussions based on needs and insights gathered from customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and create various public and internal enablement materials.
• Ideally situated in the Central Region of the US.
• Over 5 years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring sector. While we plan to onboard more junior members later, we currently seek team members who can start contributing immediately.
• As a startup, your responsibilities will be diverse and complex, necessitating strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Being a remote-first organization, you will need to adapt to working and collaborating with a global team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with our remote-first internal teams and our international customers. You should be adept at articulating our value proposition and the technical benefits of our products.
• A passion for solving technical challenges and a knack for providing innovative solutions to our clients will be vital.
• A technical mindset and a desire for technical growth are important. Ideal candidates may be recent graduates from coding bootcamps or have prior post-sales or engineering experience—we look forward to seeing the unique experiences and skills you bring!
