Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Solutions Engineer at WithClutch, you will play a critical part in our sales team, acting as a liaison between our solutions and the needs of our customers.

• You will merge your technical knowledge with industry expertise and strong communication skills to effectively convey the value of our platform to both potential and current clients.

• This position demands an in-depth comprehension of our product features, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to forge robust relationships both externally and internally.

• You should fully grasp the challenges our technology addresses and be capable of aligning our solutions/features with the specific issues our clients experience.

• You will autonomously set up demo instances for consumer lending and deposits, having mastered the relevant product demo scripts.

• You will conduct at least one complete sales cycle as the lead, including solution design for consumer deposits and/or lending.

• You will serve as the primary point of technical escalation for at least one category of complex deals.

• You will work with a degree of autonomy, requiring minimal oversight from management.

• You will be recognized as a product expert across all solutions offered by Clutch.

• You will have implemented an AI-enabled workflow that has been adopted by the entire SE team, resulting in measurable efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a sales engineer, solutions engineer, or technical consultant role, ideally within fintech or a high-growth startup environment.

• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in a technical sales or sales engineering capacity, preferably in the fintech or SaaS sector. Previous training or certifications from Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC are advantageous.

• Technical (Systems Knowledge): Proficiency in various programming languages and output formats, such as Python, React, JSON, JavaScript, etc.

• AI Fluency: A solid understanding of AI and the ability to utilize it effectively and accurately. Experience with Demostack, including the creation of tours and clones with unique structures, is a plus.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable blend of education and experience.

• Travel: Willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally) up to 50% of the time with minimal notice.
